Shipping policy

At Calm Creativity, we’re a small family-owned business, and we personally pack and send every order.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are packed and shipped once a week, on Tuesdays.

If you place your order after our Tuesday dispatch, it will be included in the following week’s shipment. We appreciate your patience and hope you’ll enjoy the anticipation of your parcel arriving.

How is postage calculated?

We want to keep postage as economical as possible, particularly for our small business and our customers across Australia.

A minimum postage amount is charged at checkout. Once your order has been packed, we check the actual postage cost based on the size, weight and destination of your parcel.

If the actual postage cost is higher than the amount paid at checkout, we will send you a separate invoice for the difference before your order is dispatched.

We take this approach so that we don’t have to build a higher, blanket shipping charge into every order. This means you pay a more appropriate amount for your particular parcel rather than being overcharged at checkout.

Australia-wide shipping

We currently ship within Australia.

Postage costs can vary depending on the size and weight of your order, as well as where it is being sent. We’ll always do our best to choose the most economical suitable postage option for your parcel.

Being a small business is a big part of what makes Calm Creativity special. Your order is not simply picked and packed by a large fulfilment centre. It’s handled by us, with care, and we’re so grateful for every order that supports our little business.
